A taste of the documentation — the quickstart and connecting a repo.
Connect a repository, pick your first release, and publish a changelog in under five minutes.
1. Sign in and click New project. 2. Authorize GitHub or GitLab. 3. Select a release tag — Cadence drafts the notes. 4. Review the draft, adjust the tone, and hit Publish.
Cadence reads merged pull requests and release tags to draft notes — it never reads your source code.
Supported providers are GitHub and GitLab. You choose which repositories and which branches count as releases. Access tokens are scoped to metadata only and can be revoked at any time.
